If you read PCWorld, odds are pretty good that you like to build desktop PCs, or at least have a passing interest in it. We love building PCs—and in fact, we’ve built dozens of them live on air over at the PCWorld YouTube channel. And today, we’re at it again… except this time with higher stakes because we’re building a new live streaming rig.
The new desktop will be our primary OBS machine, the one running stuff in the background while The Full Nerd broadcasts or while PC builds like this one are being done. It’s going to be—to use a technical term—a chonker. No SFF builds here. We’re talking massive power.
The stream will start at 4:00 PM Eastern US time (1:00 PM Pacific). Show up to watch, hang out in the chat, and tell us what we’re doing wrong. And if you’re too busy to catch it live, don’t worry, it’ll be on the YouTube channel later on. Be sure to subscribe while you’re over there.
