Skanska UK has appointed Network Rail regional finance director Meliha Duymaz as chief financial officer and executive vice president.

Meliha replaces current CFO Kelly Gangotra, who is leaving the business to take on a new opportunity outside the sector.
Duymaz is currently finance director for Network Rail’s eastern region running from London to Scotland, its largest regional business with 10,000 employees.
In this role, she has overseen a significant portion of Network Rail’s investment budget in multi-billion-pound programmes and projects.
Before joining Network Rail in 2012, Duymas worked for a diverse range of organisations including Serco and Huntsworth.
