Andrew Page starts work at Severfield on Monday 16th February 2026 as chief financial officer and executive director.
He takes over from Jan Bramall, who has served as interim chief financial officer since November 2025.
Page was chief financial officer of ISG when it collapsed into administration in September 2024. However, he is not generally considered to be implicated in the failure, having been brought in just eight months before, when the company was already on the rocks. He was hired by ISG owners Cathexis on an interim basis to help secure refinancing. But the refinancing was not achieved and no buyer could be found to stave off administration.
Page has also previously held finance positions at Centrica, British Energy, FirstGroup and Ocado.
Severfield chief executive Paul McNerney said: “I am delighted to welcome Andrew to the Severfield team as chief financial officer at such a pivotal time for the group. He brings extensive experience from within the construction sector, alongside a strong track record of financial leadership in UK-listed companies. As we continue our transformation and redefine our wider strategy, Andrew will play a key role in strengthening the foundations for long-term growth.
“I would also like to thank Jan Bramall for her significant contribution to the group during her time as interim chief financial officer and wish her every success going forward.”
