Ms. Cherubini was also the vice president of marketing and customer strategy at ANN INC. (Loft, Ann Taylor), where she worked from 2019 to 2021. During her tenure, she played a pivotal role in shaping the brands’ direction by integrating customer insights and data into strategic initiatives. Before joining ANN, Ms. Cherubini held the title of senior marketing director for Kmart and Sears strategy at Sears Holdings Corporation in 2018. Her expertise in brand marketing was further honed during her time as the brand marketing director for Kmart Apparel from 2016 to 2018.

Earlier, Ms. Cherubini held a notable position as head of marketing at Women’s Startup Lab from 2015 to 2016, where she focused on empowering women entrepreneurs through innovative marketing strategies. Leading up to her time in the US, she held dual roles at EKYOG as vice president of marketing and e-commerce between 2011 and 2015. Foundationally, her early career saw her as head of strategy at Havas from 2005 to 2011 and as an account executive at Leo Burnett from 2002 to 2005.

Originally from France, Ms. Cherubini attended the KEDGE Business School, graduating with a master’s degree in marketing in 2002, after earning a diploma with a science major in 1997. In reflecting on her journey, she attributes her success to embracing uncertainty and taking measured risks with confidence. She values leadership centered around individuals, ensuring her team understands her vision while fostering an environment conducive to success.

Moreover, as the founder of the French Business Women in San Francisco and Bay Area since 2015, she has created a platform for networking and support among women professionals.
