After being booed in San Francisco, Charles Barkley arrived in Dallas for Game 3 between the Warriors and Mavericks in the most over-the-top way imaginable.
The “Inside the NBA” crew left the studio for the Western Conference Finals, which meant they had to stop in San Francisco first. Analyst Charles Barkley lamented going to the city, calling it “hell.” Barkley was then booed mercilessly by Golden State Warriors fans for the first two games of the series.
But, when the broadcasting team arrived in Dallas for Game 3, Barkley received a hero’s welcome from Mavericks fans. He approached the stage in the most over-the-top way imaginable — riding horseback!

For Games 1 and 2, the analyst was greeted with “Barkley sucks” chants. In Dallas, Barkley is receiving “we love Chuck” chants from Mavericks fans.
Barkley instigated the Warriors fanbase by starting a “Let’s go Mavs” chant ahead of Game 1. Then after Dallas lost to Golden State after a close Game 2, Barkley was shown wearing a Boban Marjanovic jersey on set, even during the crew’s interview with Warriors player Jordan Poole.
The Hall of Famer said in an interview with The Ringer that he has no problem with the Warriors team, but he is just trolling the fanbase for television entertainment.
We have seen how Barkley arrived to Game 3, but the real question is how he is going to react if the Mavericks win? And how will he show up to set for Game 4. Either way, he has set the bar by riding on a horse to begin the pre-game broadcast.
