LG is now accepting pre-orders for its new CineBeam S Mini projector in the US. Shipping in the next few weeks, this 4K triple laser model has an ultra short throw ratio of 0.25:1. Other features include 54% coverage of the DCI-P3 color gamut, integrated Dolby Atmos speakers and auto focus.

The LG CineBeam S 4K UHD Smart Projector has been launched in the US. The home theater model arrived in markets like Canada, Australia and the UK in August 2025, and has subsequently been released in other European countries.

Now, at LG’s online store in the US, you can pre-order the CineBeam S projector for $1,299.99. Customers who purchase the device before October 5th will receive a free LG S40TR Soundbar, worth $279.99 (curr. $276.99 at Amazon), with their purchase. Orders are expected to ship the week beginning October 6th, if not before.

Also known by model number PU615U, the CineBeam S is a compact 4K model which can throw images up to 100 inches wide, with an ultra short throw ratio of 0.25:1. The DLP projector has a triple laser light source, delivering up to 500 ANSI lumens brightness. It is said to offer a 450,000:1 dynamic contrast ratio, 154% coverage of the DCI-P3 color space, and support for HDR10 and Filmmaker Mode. Plus, the image can be perfected with tools like automatic focus and automatic screen adjustment, and eight preset modes for enhanced color accuracy.

With the brand’s webOS system, users of the CineBeam S will be able to access popular streaming apps like Disney+, Apple TV and Prime Video, and you can also use wireless screen sharing tools like Mircast and Apple AirPlay. On top of this, the device has two built-in speakers, compatible with Dolby Atmos, and ports like HDMI eARC and USB-C. The compact device measures 6.3 x 6.3 x 4.3 inches (160 x 160 x 110 mm).
