We already know that Jason Momoa isn’t afraid to strip down and show off his muscular physique for a film role, but he’s just made it clear he’ll do it for a good cause too. The Aquaman star just shared a video on Instagram of himself wearing an incredibly tight and revealing cycling outfit—which frankly resembles more of a wrestling singlet or even a Borat-style mankini in the sheer amount of him that it shows off—while espousing the benefits of riding a bike instead of using a car.

“It’s good for your heart, saving the planet,” he says in the clip. “Ride a bike!”

Momoa, who has just started filming his scenes for the tenth installment in the Fast & Furious franchise, has been living in a van in a parking lot near the set as part of his wider efforts to raise awareness of environmental issues during Earth Week.

Each day he is posting new dispatches from his adventures, using the hashtag #MakeWaves to “spread knowledge” about the negative impact that single-use plastics have on our oceans, and encouraging his followers to make a difference by offering up some tips on the small, simple, effective changes people can make in their everyday life to reduce their use of non-recycblable plastics and minimize their carbon footprint.

In addition to riding a bike to work, these changes include switching out toothpastes and deodorants which contain plastics in favor of natural alternatives. This recommendation came complete with another scantily clad demonstration, with Momoa sporting a pair of swimming trunks while bathing and brushing his teeth.

Momoa has been an outspoken advocate for the environment for years now. In 2019 he gave an impassioned speech at the United Nations on the subject of ocean pollution and the ways in which it disproportionately affects island communities, and shaved off his trademark beard in an attempt to use the viral moment to bring attention to the plastics crisis.

He is not alone in the fight, however. Yesterday, Dwayne “The Rock” Johnson shared a video to Instagram in which he recalled a conversation he and Momoa had about how they can do more to effect change on both a personal and global scale.

“From building our new greenhouse & vegetable gardens to solar paneling our new property – my family and I are taking little steps that hopefully will make a difference,” he said. “We’re also sitting down and writing out an energy audit with our little girls so they can start participating and gaining the sustainability knowledge as well. Jason – keep up the great work uso and thank you for being an inspiration to so many. Small steps we can all take to make things a little (or a lot) better for our earth as we journey down the road.”
