West Virginia started their season with a bang, trouncing Robert Morris by a score of 45-3. The Mountaineers ran for 393 yards and five touchdowns, while also throwing for 232 yards and a touchdown. If not for four lost fumbles, the final score could have been much more impressive than it already was. Jahiem White led the charge on the ground with 18 carries for 93 yards and two touchdowns, while seven other players gained at least 20 yards rushing.
Ohio suffered a narrow defeat on the road against Rutgers in Week 1 (34-31), in a game that they once trailed 31-14. The Bobcats scored 17 consecutive points, including a 17-yard touchdown run from Parker Navarro, then a 13-yard touchdown pass from Navarro to Jake Bruno. Ultimately a Rutgers field goal early in the fourth quarter decided the game. Navarro finished with 239 yards and three touchdowns through the air and 93 yards plus a touchdown on the ground.
This is a great college football matchup that you will not want to miss; make sure to tune in and catch all the action.
