
Alarcón brings more than 25 years of global finance leadership experience across the financial services, food, agriculture, and manufacturing sectors. His background includes building scalable finance organizations, improving operational performance, and supporting strategic growth initiatives for complex, multi-location businesses.
Most recently, Alarcón spent six years at CHS Inc., where he served as Segment Chief Financial Officer for Agriculture. Prior to that, he held senior finance roles with leading brands including Dairy Farmers of America and Conagra Brands.
Throughout his career, Alarcón has led financial transformations designed to improve visibility, strengthen controls, and support long-term value creation.

In his new role, Alarcón will oversee financial planning, accounting, reporting, and governance across GF Building Flow Solutions Americas, supporting the organization’s continued growth and operational execution.

Alarcón holds a Master of Business Administration with a concentration in International Business, along with a Bachelor’s degree in Finance and Banking, both from the University of Nebraska Omaha.
