Super Smash Bros. may be a no-show, but there’s still plenty of good old fashioned fighting game competition to look forward to at this year’s Evolution Championship Series event. EVO 2022 announced that registration is now open over at the official website, and took the opportunity to reveal the lineup of games that will be at the heart of all the heated showdowns.

There are a bunch of fighters making their first appearance this year, including Guilty Gear -Strive-, The King of Fighters XV, Melty Blood: Type Lumina, Granblue Fantasy Versus and Skullgirls 2nd Encore.

There will also be plenty of mainstays, of course. Competitors will be squaring off once again in heavy-hitters like Dragon Ball FighterZ, Street Fighter V: Champion Edition, Tekken 7 and Mortal Kombat 11 Ultimate.

Registration for Evo 2022 is NOW OPEN!
