Elon Musk’s estranged daughter, Vivian Wilson, is taking New York Fashion Week by storm.

The 21-year-old model made her runway debut during Alexis Bittar’s pageant-themed “Miss USA 1991” presentation Friday.

“I purposely cast each contestant to represent a US state where trans rights are under assault,” the designer said in a statement shared with Page Six Style.

Wilson, who is trans, represented the state of South Carolina in the show.

She sashayed across the stage in a shimmering, short-sleeved red gown accessorized with a pair of dramatic gold earrings from Alexis Bittar’s spring 2026 collection, along with one of the brand’s signature Scissor clutches.

In a joint Instagram post with Wilson, Bittar wrote that his latest presentation “is a story about misogyny, unchecked predators, objectification and trans rights.”

“Thank you for trusting me @vivllainous and for honoring me with your first show as Miss South Carolina,” the designer added, tagging the influencer.

While Wilson described walking for Bittar as “her first-ever runway show,” she’s had some catwalk training.

In May, Page Six exclusively covered her catwalk appearance at the Season 10 premiere of “RuPaul’s Drag Race All Stars” in New York City.

Footage from the event showed Wilson giving a spirited voguing performance while flipping her hair and showing off her dancing skills.

That sighting came after Wilson publicly clapped back at her billionaire father for deadnaming her via social media. (A deadname is the birth name of a trans person who has changed their name as part of their gender transition).

Wilson, who has long been estranged from her father, shared in March that she came out as trans in 2020 because she worried she could go “down a destructive path” if she didn’t.

“It was 11 p.m., and I was like, ‘I know for a fact I am trans.’ I had known for a few months at that point, and I was like, ‘I cannot f—king do this anymore,’” Wilson — whom Musk shares with ex-wife Justine Musk — told Teen Vogue at the time.

Elon, 54, has vocally opposed his daughter’s transition, but still gave the green light for her to receive gender-affirming care as a minor — a move he says he was “tricked” into doing.
