Chris Hemsworth has spent the last two years getting even fitter, packing on more muscle than ever before in order to realistically portray wrestling icon Hulk Hogan in a biopic in addition to reprising his roles as Thor in the Marvel Cinematic Universe’s upcoming sequel Love and Thunder and mercenary Tyler Rake in action movie Extraction 2.

The actor has shared regular updates on his progress via social media, sharing clips of his workouts (including intense boxing and prowler sessions) with trainer Luke Zocchi and stunt double Bobby Holland Hanton—who has joked that he is now struggling to keep up with Hemsworth’s continuing gains.

Hemsworth has also traveled all over the world for new documentary series Limitless in an attempt to find out how to live the happiest, healthiest and longest life possible. Suffice to say, the man is in shape. And he wants to share that passion.

He’s been posting accessible, minimal equipment workouts on social media from Centr, his health and wellness app, with the help of Zocchi. Having previously demonstrated bodyweight routines and medicine ball exercises, the latest is an upper body workout just in time for summer.

“Get ready for the gun show folks,” Hemsworth wrote on Instagram. “And see if you can get through 10 rounds of this functional upper body burner. It’s going to set your arms on fire and help you achieve legendary status next time you rock a tank top booooom.”

Here’s the full workout:

  • battle ropes (40 reps)
  • ball slams (10 reps)
  • tricep pushups on a medicine ball (10 reps)
  • reverse lunge curls (10 reps)
  • sit-throughs (10 reps on each side)

Perform each round a total of 10 times, with 1 minute of rest in between.
