Sam Asghari, best known as the partner of pop star Britney Spears, has been steadily building his acting resume with small roles in hit comedies like Hacks, Black Monday and Dollface. And he would like everyone—Ms. Spears included—to know that he has more than got what it takes to be the next Brad Pitt.

In a recent video shared on Instagram, a shirtless Asghari donned a cowboy hat and drew some direct comparisons between himself and a young Pitt, after finding a photo of the actor in Spears’ closet.

“So we got a huge problem,” Asghari said. “My girl got a picture of… who is this? Brad Pitt.”

“The one and only,” Spears can be heard saying in the background.

He then launched into his best Brad Pitt impersonation, which Spears said was pretty good.

“I’m ten times better than that guy,” said Asghari.

The photo in question is a black and white still from Thelma & Louise, the film which gave Pitt one of his earliest breakout roles as the drifter JD. In the movie, Pitt is lean and slender, standing in stark contrast to Asghari himself, who as a former personal trainer, is definitely more on the jacked side thanks to a rigorous diet and exercise regimen.

Asghari frequently shares clips from his workouts on social media, including several outtakes with his training partner Spears. “I think couples should definitely work out together,” he said in 2019, calling his then-girlfriend and now-fiancé a “lioness” and his personal fitness inspiration. “I think it’s great, I think it’s fun. You can inspire each other… She inspires me on a daily basis when she works out.”
