BDSwiss Promotes Marc Suárez to Marketing Manager for Latin America

BDSwiss, a forex and CFD broker, has elevated Marc Suárez, one of its
marketing executives, to the position of Marketing Manager for Latin America
(LATAM). Suárez announced his promotion on Friday on LinkedIn.

The new BDSwiss LATAM Marketing Manager, who joined
the brokerage firm in December 2021, brings over a decade of marketing, sales
and accounting experience to the role. According to his LinkedIn profile, the
role is based in Madrid, Spain.

Suárez’s
appointment comes days after BDSwiss hired Andreas Andreou as its new Chief
Commercial Officer in Cyprus. Andreaou was previously the Head of Business
Development at HF Markets’ subsidiary in the United Arab Emirates.

Suárez gathered the majority of his work experience in Spain where he
took on various roles across industries such as insurance, data
analytics and education. He joined BDSwiss from K.C. Firiakis Services, a Cyprus-based
business consulting and services company, where he was a Marketing and Public
Relations Consultant. However, he initially served as a Senior Sales Account
Manager for the company and covered the Spanish and Portuguese markets.

Between January 2019
and February 2021, he was an In-House Sales Account Manager for Iberia for
Linde, a global industrial gases and engineering company. The role was based in
Oporto, Portugal. Before that, Suárez
worked for Spanish insurance company, Ocaso, where he first served as a Business
Sales Manager between 2013 and 2016 and later as a UK Business Developemnt
Technician between 2016 and 2018. In total, he spent five years and eight
months at the company.

In a different
industry, Suárez worked as a Market Researcher for marketing data and analytics
company, Kantar, where he spent almost three and a half years between September
2009 and January 2013. Moreover, one of Suárez’s
earliest roles was as a Senior Client Account Manager and Customer Service Officer for Recursos Educativos, a Madrid-based organization that conducts theater
campaigns for school children.
