Meeting new legal standards for pumping workers is no longer something that garners positive feedback, it is the law in the U.S. The Pregnant Workers Fairness Act (PWFA) and the Providing Urgent Maternal Protections for Nursing Mothers (PUMP) Act have redefined workplace standards in support of pregnant and nursing employees.
