Elite High Protein Shakes (12 Pack)

The 42 grams of protein here is why you will always find this protein shake in my Amazon cart. The chocolate flavor is creamy and tastes great mixed with cold brew or espresso for a high protein latte. Or just grab one out of the fridge on its own if you need something to take on-the-go.

Protein Bars (12 Pack)

I’m not a protein bar person—when I can taste the whey, I tend to stay away. But these bars have been a go-to of mine for years. The flavor is great (with no whey aftertaste) and the texture is also a very satisfying chew. With 12g of protein per bar and only 160 calories, it’s a satiating midday treat.

Icelandic Strained Nonfat Yogurt (Vanilla)

With 16g of protein, this Skyr is a staple in my fridge. I use it as the base for cereal bowls, mixed with granola and fruit, blended in smoothies, and even as a sour cream substitute. It’s available on Amazon via Whole Foods, and in my humble opinion, you won’t find a creamier yogurt on the market.

Wildberry Protein Oats (4 Pack)

The best snacks are protein-packed, and this cereal is one of my favorites for a quick bite or a late night treat. With 5 grams of protein, no refined sugar, and only six ingredients, this high-protein cereal is one of the cleanest options you’ll find on Amazon. And don’t sleep on their seasonal flavors, trust me.

Grass Fed Beef Jerky Snack Sticks (10 Pack)

Chomps are one of the easiest and cleanest ways to get 10g of protein down quickly. Each beef stick has 10g of protein, only 100 calories, and all real ingredients. My personal favorite is the Habanero Beef, but you really can’t go wrong with any of the 7 flavors you’ll find on Amazon.

Himalayan Pink Salt Organic Popcorn (3 Pack)

This organic popcorn is air-popped and made with extra-virgin coconut oil and Himalayan pink salt. At just 120 calories for 3 cups of popcorn, this is a movie-night staple in our house. Amazon even sells a variety pack with their salt, butter, and cheddar options.

Simple Milk Chocolate Bar

Hu Chocolate has so many different flavor options on Amazon, and let me tell you, they’re all good. But if you want to be particularly impressed, opt for the Hazelnut Butter. Hu is 100 percent organic and doesn’t use any weird fillers or inflammatory oils that you may find in other standard chocolate bars.

Smooth Classic Hummus

Little Sesame works directly with organic chickpea farmers in Montana, and each batch is freshly spun. Now, I may be biased since I met my husband and got married in Montana, but more objectively, it’s some of the best hummus I have ever tried. My favorites are Caramelized Onion, which is made with slow-cooked onions and pomegranate molasses, and Herby Jalapeño, which brings a gentle kick. Order via Whole Foods and add it to your snack plates for a quick and tasty hit of protein.

Pineapple Dried Fruit Snacks

If you’ve got more of a sweet tooth when you snack, this dried fruit is for you. Choose from dried mango, papaya, pineapple, banana, jackfruit, and tropical mix (or take them all if you opt for the variety pack), but no matter which you choose, the only ingredient is fruit. A lot of dried fruit I’ve turned to in the past for a “healthy” snack actually contains a ton of added sugar, so this brand is my new go-to for a truly healthy sweet treat.

Protein Snack Mix

Catalina Crunch products have been a staple in my pantry for years, and their snack mix is no different. My favorite flavor is the Honey Mustard, but the Traditional is a close second. And while most snack mixes offer minimal protein, these mixes boast around 10g of protein per serving.

Starter Tinned Seafood (7 Pack)

I was hesitant when I first tried Fishwife’s Smoked Salmon with Fly By Jing Chili Crisp because I don’t typically like lox/smoked salmon. But the smoky richness blends so well with the gentle heat from the chili crisp—so much so that it quickly became my favorite variety from Fishwife. I use these fish for high-protein afternoon snacks, both by themselves or on a crostini. You can even get a variety pack of seven different tinned fish on Amazon if you want to try them all (which we highly recommend).

Almond Flour Rosemary & Sea Salt Crackers (2 Pack)

Sometimes gluten-free foods are noticeably gluten-free (if you know what I mean), but these crackers taste just as good as any non-gluten-free cracker on the market. Trust me, if my husband chooses them over his typical glutenous crackers, you know they’re worth the hype. The Rosemary and Sea Salt flavor is my absolute favorite for my snack plates, but you can’t go wrong with any variety.

Sweet Potato Kettle Chips (10 Pack)

I first tried these chips on a flight where they offered them as a snack option, and I’ve never turned back. They’re made with sweet potatoes (a superfood) and avocado oil (a healthy fat and not inflammatory like many other oils), and I think they taste far better than your typical Lay’s potato chip.

Protein Snack Balls (8 Pack)

I love Day Out’s Peanut Butter Cup protein balls—they boast 9g of protein per serving and are just as convenient as grabbing a cookie on your way out the door. Day Out offers 7 different flavors on Amazon too, so if you need grab-and-go protein, these protein balls are quite possibly the easiest option out there.

Whole Cacao Trail Mix

I’m personally a peanut butter banana flavor combo stan, so I’m partial to Blue Stripes Whole Cacao Peanut Butter Banana Trail Mix. But Blue Stripes offers a variety of mixes on Amazon, all packing 10-13 vitamins and minerals and 70% cacao.

Keto Blueberry Nut Granola

I love putting this granola on my yogurt bowls with blueberries and chocolate covered pistachios. But it’s also great on its own—it’s not too chunky, there’s no sugar added, it’s packed with clean ingredients, and it’s gluten-free. If you’re watching your carb intake, you’ll only find 1-3g grams here, as well.

Dark Chocolate Peanut Butter Bananas

If you’ve tried other Tru Fru flavors, you already understand the hype, but my absolute favorite is the Dark Chocolate Peanut Butter Bananas. Take these frozen bananas out about 30 minutes before you want to eat them, and the bananas will thaw the perfect amount to make for a gooey center. With just 100 calories per serving, a nice 2g of protein and availability via Whole Foods, Tru Fru will quickly become a freezer staple if you’re anything like me.
